House & Letter

#4 - The House

A house can be very symbolic to many of us. We learn how to draw it as children with crayons as a square with a rectangle for a door, and a square or circle with a line through it for a window. It has 4 walls and a ceiling, generally. We may even embellish it with paint, pretty Victorian features, a lovely garden, and the sun and clouds in the sky overhead. As we edge through childhood and int youth, the house becomes our home, our base, the place where we feel safe. As we grow the house becomes our fortress, and our place of peace. “House” may also be referring to our church, temple, or synagogue. It is the place where we feel the safest in the world. It is where we shelter our families, pets, and earthly belongings. It’s a very big deal to turn over a key to our significant other, or to move a spouse into our home.

A house card can indicate that we feel unstable in our lives, or that that stability is likely to come to us shortly in the future. It may bring up feelings of safety, security, and the ability or inability to save finances. We may feel like our household is behind on chores, bills, and financial obligations. Homes are often the first way we describe someone’s wealth. We describe people as living in a farmhouse, or shack, or a mansion. We rarely ever just say that someone has a house unless we are describing when they first move into it or buy it. Homes to us are literally our shelter against the rain, our protection against the cold, and our barrier against outsiders. Figuratively homes represent our success, our failure, and our projects ahead.

Receiving this card is a likely sign that you will continue to build on your stability, and your success, and that your shelter will continue to grow. It may also mean that there is a crack in your foundation and you need to repair it so that your four walls can stay strong and continue to be built upon. It is strongly advised when receiving a house card that you double check all facets of your life, love, career, family, and friends — to make sure that the foundation is stable and there are no cracks that have gone too long without maintenance.

House + Letter

Because the home may indicate stability in your life or also your permanent residence, and a letter can indicate either some kind of written correspondence or some kind of paper recording, this could mean a number a things. You may get some written correspondence that changes the stability of where you live. This could be an eviction notice, letter describing that your spouse is requesting a divorce, or other kind of documents about a pending lawsuit. Numerology

The house is represented by the number 4, and the letter is represented by the number 27. When we add these numbers together, 4+27 = 31. Because thirty-one is not a single digit number, we must then add the digits of 31 together, and we get 4. 3 + 1 = 4.

The Number 4

The Number 4 — The number four goes very well with a home. There are four walls to every home, four sides to every window, four corners to every property. Without four, nothing would be complete. Four is a base, a stable base. It’s required to have four sides when you’re making a box, or building a house of cards. You need four legs on your desk or table or chair. Four holds things up, holds things together. Four is one of the most fundamental numbers that there can be, and without it, everything that we’ve built falls down. Four can also mean four days, four weeks, four months, four years. It can also symbolize that something will happen in the month of April.

As it relates to the home and letter cards, the number four may be indicating the time that the recordation will occur, or the length of time you have in order to respond to the document — 4 weeks. It likely could indicate also an amount of $400, $4,000, $40,000 or $400,000.

You should keep backups somewhere else, like in a safety deposit box, and keep the documents outside of the home to which they are supposed to protect in case of theft or eviction. You must be prepared for a letter that may come regarding your home, the most important place in the world to you.
