1. About this policy

Cosmo Numerology Pte Ltd (UEN 202200287D) (“Cosmo Numerology”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is an advertising company incorporated in Singapore, with its registered office at 45B Temple St, Singapore 058590.

This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data in connection with this website (www.cosmonumerology.com) and enquiries made to us through it. We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (the “PDPA”).

This website is a corporate information website. We do not sell products or provide consumer services through it, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 13.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to enquiries and to operate and secure this website:

  • Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your name, email address, and anything else you choose to include in your message, including business contact details and details of the enquiry.
  • Technical information. When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically records standard server log data such as IP address, browser type and version, device type, referring page, pages requested, and the date and time of the request.

We do not operate account registration, payment collection, or user-generated content on this website, and we do not collect special categories of sensitive personal data through it.

3. Client campaign data

Separately from this website, we provide advertising and creative production services to business clients. In the course of those services we may process data held in advertising, analytics and marketing platforms operated by or on behalf of a client (for example ad account data, conversion events, and audience or subscriber lists).

Where we process that data, we do so on the client’s instructions and for the client’s purposes under our services agreement with that client. The client remains responsible for the notices and consents required for its own end users, and that client’s own privacy policy governs the data concerned. This website policy does not apply to that processing.

4. How we use personal data

We use personal data collected through this website to:

  • respond to, assess and follow up on business, supplier, partnership and compliance enquiries;
  • provide information about our services where you have asked for it;
  • operate, maintain, secure and improve this website, and diagnose technical problems;
  • keep business records, and comply with applicable law, regulation, and lawful requests from regulators, banks, payment providers and advertising platforms; and
  • establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use personal data collected through this website to build advertising profiles of website visitors.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website is a static site and does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.

If we later add website analytics or measurement tools, we will update this policy to identify them before doing so. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; this website remains usable with cookies disabled.

6. Disclosure of personal data

We do not disclose personal data except as described here. We may disclose personal data to:

  • Service providers who support our operations, such as website hosting, email, and IT and security providers, acting on our instructions and under a duty of confidentiality;
  • Professional advisers, such as our accountants, auditors, insurers and lawyers, where required for their advice or services;
  • Banks, payment providers, advertising platforms and regulators, where reasonably required to verify our business, meet compliance or know-your-customer obligations, or respond to a lawful request; and
  • An acquirer or successor, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

7. Transfers outside Singapore

Our service providers, and members of our distributed team, may be located outside Singapore. Where we transfer personal data out of Singapore, we take reasonable steps to satisfy ourselves that the recipient is bound by legally enforceable obligations to provide a standard of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA.

8. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, or for as long as required to meet legal, accounting, tax or regulatory obligations. When personal data is no longer required for any legal or business purpose, we delete it or remove the means by which it can be associated with an individual.

9. Security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect personal data in our possession or under our control against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks. These include access controls, encryption in transit, and limiting access to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights

Subject to the PDPA and any applicable exceptions, you may:

  • request access to personal data we hold about you and information about how it has been used or disclosed in the past year;
  • request correction of personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete; and
  • withdraw any consent you have given us, on reasonable notice.

Requests should be sent to the contact address in section 12. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the timeframes required by the PDPA. If you withdraw consent, we may be unable to continue responding to your enquiry, and we may still retain data where the law permits or requires it.

11. Third-party websites

This website may link to third-party websites or platforms that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to read the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.
