You will always have a reason to be grateful to God for the gift of parents. For the times they came through for you, for the sacrifices they make, and for the prayers they make for you, it’s a whole lot.
This is a prayer of thanksgiving for parents:
Good father, thank you for the gift of my parents, I’m very much grateful to you for having blessed me with them. Words are not enough to express my gratitude, dear God. Thank you for keeping them alive, keeping them in good health, and for the blessings you have bestowed on them.
I bow down my hearts in thanksgiving, and I keep asking that you continue to bless them, Amen.
