Maturity is possible as a child of God where your relationship with God is not weak and unstable, where you are active in your devotion and ministry. It will also be seen in your discernment and the insight you have into God's word.

Dear Lord, I pray that I am committed, consistent, and fervent in my walk with you. Grant me wisdom to build a healthy and active devotional life. Take away laziness from my life. Give me the strength to pray and study your word daily. Help me walk in the Spirit always. Keep the vices of the devil far from me. Make me a better believer. Let your word continuously transform me.
