Have you ever imagined the news of losing your parents? This must give you a big scare. One news no one ever prays to hear is the news of the death of a dear parent. This is why you should pray to God for the protection and guidance of your parents who are still alive.
Pray that God keeps them from evil and He preserves their life.
Say this prayer:
Heavenly Father, the word of God says in John 6:33 that “the spirit alone gives eternal life, human effort accomplishes nothing.” This means that no matter how hard we try, we can’t give life. I pray that through the spirit, life shall be granted to my parents, that they shall leave long to reap the fruits of their labor, and that they shall not die prematurely. I commit their lives into your sacred hand and I trust you to keep them safe, thank you, dear God, Amen.
