Natural catastrophes affect everyone because they hit everyone differently, but still, everyone is affected. In these moments, you must do your best to support your community, and the first thing you can do is pray for the coherence of the community in the face of catastrophes.
Therefore, say this prayer
Dear God, I pray that in times of duress and catastrophes that grip our community, you bind us still to each other by your love. I pray you give us the grace to look out for each other, to give and share and cover for each other's insufficiency. I pray that in those times you meet our needs as a community and that we have the things we need to buffer the hurt. I pray we find relief and help from heaven in our times of need, and you send your heavenly host into our communities to do the work of healing and grace.
