One of the best ways to explore hidden voices and sounds speaking to you is to connect to the world around you through meditation. Let's look at a few steps on how you can create the perfect environment to do so.
Step 1: Prepare a space
Step 2: Relax your body
Let go of everything else and breathe deeply. You don't have to have any other thoughts in your mind. Just let yourself feel comfortable. Your body knows how to do this already. You just need to remember it.
Focus your mind on relaxing a particular part of your body. Say it out loud. Don't forget to close your eyelids while doing this exercise. This will help you concentrate better because you won't see anything.
Now try to remember how you felt when you were a child. Try to imagine yourself being happy. Imagine yourself smiling. Feel free to smile.
Step 3: Relax your mind
Mental relaxation helps you feel calmer and more focused. Visualize relaxing scenes and imagine yourself there. When you are stressed, try to recall a memory of peace and tranquility
Step 4: Go deeper
Deep breathing and visualization will help you hear the inner voice that wants to connect with you.
You can count down from a number until you're fully meditative.
Once you're here, it's much easier to hear about what the world wants to speak to you.
Step 5: Create an inner expert for the wanted knowledge
This step is about creating an inner master for the needed knowledge. You may want help from someone who already knows what you want to learn and can teach you. In most cases, asking someone else to lead you is easier than learning yourself.
If you do not know anyone who could help you, you can try to find people online that can help determine what these voices mean by what they say. For example, you can look up forums and groups where people talk to each other about these topics.
Begin by asking, "What does X mean?" or "How do I solve Y problem?" Then, once you find someone who may know the answer, you can follow up with another question, such as "Can you tell me how you interpreted these words?"
