Distress in Change
Angels send sacred messages for butterflies to deliver to us. When we see a butterfly, we get caught in the moment, watching them fly by, as if we are frozen in time. As we consider the significance of a butterfly's visit, thoughts of loved ones who we perhaps lost, flood our hearts.
The first thing that most people notice about themselves is that overwhelming feeling of peace when their angels communicate with them. It's as if we feel blanketed by their love, especially when we notice a butterfly. You may be struggling with the acceptance of the current state of your life, but your angels want you to think bigger and be ready for change, because it is coming.
Butterflies carry divine messages of light, love and hope. Like us, they grow and learn, and rest before embarking on a period of development. They become beautiful beings that are similar to us and, most definitely similar to our angels as soon as their wings grow and they carry themselves through the air.
When you see a butterfly, it means that your angels are gently lighting up the dark areas of your life. They do not simply wander by - instead, as they glide by, they inspire us with their angelic-like wings, prompting us to take a moment to appreciate them and indeed our own carefree side that we don't pay enough attention to. Where else will they go? What does it mean for us and our own next steps? We live side by side in every way.
Your life's purpose is rekindled as soon as an angel sends a butterfly as a message to you. You are able to see things in new lights, try new things, and have faith that taking risks will grant your grace, even though they may have struggled in the past.
Butterflies thrive and search the earth for sweet pollen during their brief lives. Similarly, we started out with nothing but a tiny speck in the making, we may argue, like some others, that our lives are too brief to be comparable to them. Nevertheless, we are waiting for our chance to explore the world, in the same way as a butterfly. Like the caterpillar, we try to learn as much as we can, and before we can explore the earth's nectar on our own, we eat up every experience our angels give us.
The butterfly sends a message of accepting distress in times of change. Angels are not silly – they know and acknowledge turmoil in life. Their positive and loving warmth exists to guide those they protect through the darkness and back into the radiating light.
For you, this message is about accepting that not everything is perfect all of the time, but hearing the noise isn't the same as listening to it. If your world seems loud, you can do little to quiet the sound but what you can do, is choose to override it. Be above it, as the sky is above the clouds. Eventually they, like the noise, will pass.
Butterflies are great messengers for anything related to the sky because that is where their transformation becomes full circle. From once a mere egg near the ground, they become at one with the winds of change, spreading their wings and embracing the change that they experienced.
What helped them was the notion of acceptance. They do not resist what they need to do, but instead they carry on with the natural cycle of their lives and progress to the next level. It comes with pain and discomfort, yes, for they spend a long time cramped up in a chrysalis. What that period of time does though, is prepare them for the next chapter in their lives, just like you.
It can be distressing as you make changes in your own life. You may lose some people you thought you could trust as you branch into new ways of saying yes or no.
Resistance is rooted to the fear of the unknown, but your angels want you accept change as being a natural part of life. When you familiarize yourself with the beauty behind acceptance, the distress becomes smaller in terms of power. Sit with it, feel what it feels to be uncomfortable, and allow your angels to guide you back to your soul.
