Maturity
Angels know us from when we were younger, during those exciting days where we only truly cared about what we were doing at one particular time. We would often follow animals like dragonflies as we tried to process their beauty, until their flight drove them to faraway places. Now they bring us the dragonfly as a message to rediscover our youth.
Watching a dragonfly gracefully dance through fields and over tall trees will show you how they bring light into the world. This light is reflected on their wings, showing us how they can transform with the moment, and allowing us to appreciate our own light even when we forget it is there.
For people of all beliefs, dragonflies can be interpreted in a variety of ways. Most of the time, they live their lives believing that they are kind beings who have been sent by our angels to send us a meaningful message so that we can hear it and know that our prayers are being answered.
This may resemble our desire to follow our inner child through the meadows and observe their development and curiosity, and perhaps heal it in some way. They promote youth and innocence, which we can still choose to incorporate into our lives if we could only realize we have the controls.
Many people assume that small insects like the dragonfly would not hold much significance. Actually, dragonflies stand for happiness and hope, which is a direct message from our angels to us that we need to keep our minds and hearts open to all possibilities.
We are encouraged to have no fear when we observe a dragonfly in mid-air. Without a care in the world, they fleet in every way imaginable. In some ways, they want us to be like them, in that we can sometimes have no direction. They demonstrate to us that we are capable of overcoming anything, including the process of not feeling desired by someone we love, even on bad days.
The dragonfly sends you a message of maturity. The stage of a dragonfly that you are seeing, is the later stage, the adult stage. Mature they are now; they flit and fly around without a care in the world. They take with them to assurance that they are living freely and on their own terms, without the need for help from anyone.
In the same way you have become dependent on those around you, you've allowed an air of immaturity to swallow you up. Angels are incredibly intuitive beings, whose presence and purpose is to protect and guide you.
You may sometimes think they have no power, and at larger times accept they aren't there at all, but that is far from true. In fact, your angels are always by your side but are rarely given the platform to enter your consciousness because you direct them away from you.
This may not be purposely, but you lack the understanding of how much they can do for you, especially during your time of need. Existing in the spirit realm, they may not be able to sit with you and offer you tangible advice, but their love and guidance comes from a much deeper and personal place, the heart.
Your angels want you to grow. It is more than growing up, as they consider this rather shallow advice. It is about making decisions that are for the greater good, and that help you gain knowledge in how to be the best version of yourself.
As spiritual messengers, you have to listen and focus to what is being sent to you, and that include the moments you see a dragonfly and feel the pressing of the pause button as you wonder its meaning.
Hold within you the hope that growth is possible, and never let the possibility of remaining stagnant enter your faith in the high consciousness. You have the freedom to take flight anytime you desire, so remember that.
Your angels send you this dragonfly to help develop your understanding of yourself. Where you have room to grow, you should, and be fearless of the consequences. Rise to the challenge and be rewarded with love and joy in your heart.
