A Broken-Down Vehicle
We are used to having our vehicles just a step away. If we need to go to the supermarket, or travel to a new town or city, or even to work, the reliance on them to get us there goes without saying. They add value to the routine of our lives, and ensure that we are able to maintain that throughout our days, like literal smooth sailing.
Part of our angels' jobs is to create a kind of boulder in our paths sometimes. As walk along it, totally unaware that something is ahead that will derail our day, we feel at peace. But the reality is, things don't always pan out that way. This is where we need to look at what is around us within our environment, and look for angel signs that are being sent to us.
One-way angels send us signs by delivering us the inconvenient news that our own vehicle has broken down. Usually dependable, you may wake up and realize that something has malfunctioned to the point where your vehicle is deemed unusable until fixed. As ill-timed as this may feel, have you ever looked a little deeper into why this may be happening?

No, they cannot directly tell you to rest and de-stress, but they can connect with your ways you never thought possible, as a symbol of fate interjecting and allowing you to move in a different way, or even not at all.
Usually, an environmental sign like this is strong, as it changes so much. You suddenly may have to make alternate plans, ask others for help, and generally open yourself up to be a little vulnerable. That's hard for a lot of people, because many are stubborn and enjoy being self-reliant. You are likely to be different, and that is precisely why something such as a broken-down vehicle can offer you a slight insight to your weaknesses.
When we tune into the support our angels try to give us, we can be open to the change that comes with evaluating our current stressors. Habits can be taken away with just one decision, and kept away with willpower and determination. When you are faced with something such as a broken-down vehicle, you can be forced to view such areas of life, especially as it is totally out of your control.
When control is taken away from us like this, our angels smile. They like to watch us work things out, like a jigsaw puzzle. We slowly put the pieces together and understand a bigger picture, and that helps us along our journey, creating new and exciting opportunities for us.
