You are reminded toto focus on your mind, body and soul, and on all the ways to improve or strengthen them when you are under their care and devotion. Typically, these extreme energy signals are sent your way to shake you up and free you from you what has been trapping you.
When you experience tingling sensations, goosebumps or chills, this is something you cannot ignore. It is your angels telling you that you have an extraordinary gift that you must not waste a second more of.
