Dreams are seen by many as an escape from the real world. They can offer us a little light relief from the day-to-day stress of what we currently have to deal with. Through the static of reality, dreams can take us places we have never been before, quite often with people we have never met. They are an eye into another realm, and we have no control over what happens within them.
Dreams can take us back to the past, reliving moments that we loved or hated, or they can totally rewrite the narrative we wrote for ourselves. They have just as much meaning when they throw us into our futures, showing us what could happen, or what our subconscious wants for us. Our awakened dreams often get tangled with our sleeping dreams, as our mind battles with our innermost desires, trying to capture a little time to manifest our wishes.
Dreams show us a way out, or a concerning look to what is bothering us of late. They mean no harm, but they can be incredibly real and leave us feeling a little dazed, sometimes for days afterward. There is nothing usually to worry about if this occurs, it is just our minds holding onto the meaning of a certain dream that was particularly vivid.
One thing that can be truly said about dreams is that they seem to be wholly coincidental, because they appear arrive just at a time you need to experience them. The deeper meaning is that our angels plant them onto us when a lesson is ready to be learned, or a decision should be looked at and made. Life never really happens 'just because,' but our angels like us to feel that's the case because it helps them do their job of pushing us toward what is meant to be without us being distracted.
When we dream, the last though that crosses our minds is that our angels have a say in what we are dreaming, but actually, it is quite the opposite. The trouble with our minds is that when we are awake, we allow so much to enter them and we really hold onto some of it. We allow the clutter to keep us awake, to startle us, to trouble us and to keep us from living a full life. When we finally fall asleep, our minds rest, even though our brain remains working. Thoughts exit, and allow for outside information to come in and be accepted, and that can often be messages from our angels.
When you are laying still during the darkest moments of the night, do you ever consider that you are in such a vulnerable state? There you lay, ready for any type of communication or sign from your angels without even so much as a hint of conscious knowledge that you are doing so, because you are fast asleep. It is quite remarkable, but the transition from one realm to another is but a snooze away.
As our minds close off from the world, it enters a new dawn of possibility. This moment is where we wonder truly what our angels are going to tell us. Are they going to hint at the level of increased anxiety we are experiencing? They do this sometimes by creating anxious events as we sleep, letting us know that we need to pull back and find ways to relax during our time we are awake.
Equally, if we are left feeling heartbroken or insecure in love, our dreams can be about a partner's ex, or indeed an ex of our own who may have hurt us in the past. They can highlight our weaknesses which can feel very uncomfortable. As we have no say or prior warning to what our dreams will contain, we are left falling asleep with a huge air of wonder around us. That can be exciting or nerve-wracking, depending on how you look at it.
Dreams are a wonderful angel sign to receive and can teach us a lot about ourselves. The coincidence behind a certain dream at a certain time can be enough for us to piece together a jigsaw that we have been trying to do whilst awake. That is the magic of not being in control sometimes, and allowing our angels to take the reins of fate.
